Welcome to the Pre-Employment Screening IQRM!

Pre-employment screening (also known as background checks or investigation) is a serious business as these checks are used as a means of objectively evaluating your job candidate’s qualifications, character, fitness, and to identify potential hiring risks for safety and security reasons. Research indicates that proper screening of your employees lowers your business rate and cost per employee.  For that reason, it is essential that you utilize a best-practice approach to confirm that the background search is accurate, comprehensive, consistent, timely, and legal.
